• You will receive a confirmation email with tracking details once your order ships.

Shipping Rates & Delivery

• We offer standard shipping rates calculated at checkout.
• Delivery times vary based on location but typically range from 5-10 business days for U.S. orders.

Shipping Locations

• Currently, we ship within the United States. International shipping is not available at this time.

Damaged or Lost Packages

• If your order arrives damaged, please email us at hello@samalosangeles.com within 7 days of delivery with photos of the damaged product and packaging so we can resolve the issue.
• For lost packages, please reach out to the carrier first. If further assistance is needed, contact us, and we’ll do our best to help.
