At SAMA Los Angeles, your satisfaction is our top priority. Due to the handmade nature of our products, we have a few policies in place to ensure a smooth and fair experience for everyone.
1. All Sales Are Final
- Due to the handcrafted nature of our candles, we are unable to accept returns or exchanges. We encourage you to reach out with any questions prior to purchasing to ensure you select the perfect product.
2. Damaged or Defective Items
- If your order arrives damaged or defective, please email us at hello@samalosangeles.com within 7 days of delivery. Include:
- Your order number
- Photos of the damaged item(s) and packaging
- A brief description of the issue
- Once approved, we will arrange for a replacement or refund at our discretion.
3. Incorrect Orders
- If you receive the wrong item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at hello@samalosangeles.com. We’ll resolve the issue promptly by sending the correct item or offering a refund.
4. Refund Processing
- Refunds (if applicable) will be issued to the original payment method and may take 5-10 business days to process, depending on your financial institution.
