Her work explores the connection between scent, skin, and visual narrative—using light, texture, and atmosphere to create experiences that linger in memory. SAMA began quietly.

Late nights between shoots, pouring candles as a way to reset and return to myself, I realized scent could do what makeup and photography have always done for me: shift energy, tell stories, and change the way we feel in a space.

What started with fragrance has grown into a full creative studio.

Today, SAMA brings together scent, art, and imagery—designed through the lens of a beauty creative who honors undertone, mood, and representation. The studio now includes candles, fine art prints, and stock photography that centers people of color with intention and care.
